Check-In – Anytime after 3 pm

Check-Out – We kindly ask that you are checked out of your room by 11 am

A complimentary breakfast is available to all house guests from 7 to 10 am. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea are available all day.

As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service, we welcome friendly dogs (up to 50 lbs.) in select rooms on our first floor of lodging. Prior arrangements must be made and guests are charged a fee of $50 per day. Dogs are not allowed in our common areas and must be kept on a leash or in a kennel or crate while on grounds. Pets found in a non pet-friendly room will be charged a fee.

Most guest rooms have a balcony. All balconies are non-smoking. Balconies, including those on the first floor, are designed to be accessed only from the guest room. Please do not attempt to “hop” over the rail to access the front lawn or another balcony.

Open year-round, our handcrafted fire pit sits out on the patio with a peaceful view of the Crooked River. It’s the perfect place to kick back, swap stories, and soak in the fresh northern air.

We welcome children of all ages as our very special guests. Children 12 and under stay free in parents' paid room. We ask that young children be supervised.

Deposit Policy

Starting October 21, 2025, all reservations require a deposit equal to the total amount of your first night’s stay, including taxes and fees, at the time of booking.

For guests who book one of our Advance Purchase discounts, full payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival should you need to cancel. Reservations canceled 7 days or more in advance will receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
