All reservations require a deposit equal to the total amount of your first night’s stay, including taxes and fees, at the time of booking.
For guests who book one of our Advance Purchase discounts, full payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
November - May: We kindly ask for at least a 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled arrival should you need to cancel. Reservations cancelled 7 days or more in advance will receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
June - October: We kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival should you need to cancel. Reservations canceled 7 days or more in advance will receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.

Yes. We offer complimentary breakfast every morning to all house guests from 7am-10am. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea are available 24/7 in our lobby.
No. But we have nearby restaurants that we highly recommend to our guests. Restaurants in Petoskey, Harbor Springs, or Alanson are within a short drive of the Lodge. Please ask our Front Desk Agents for our list of recommendations.
Yes. We welcome friendly dogs up to 50lbs in select rooms on our first floor. Prior arrangements must be made when booking a reservation. Pets found in non-pet friendly rooms will be charged a fee.
Yes. Our fee is $50 per day.
No. We ask kindly that you keep your dogs leashed & out of common areas, unless you are passing through.
We kindly ask that you take your pet with you or place your pet in a kennel/crate. If your pet becomes aggressive or barks excessively, so as to create complaints from other guests, we will kindly ask that you remove your pet promptly from the hotel upon request from hotel personnel.
